Submission Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm that their submission complies with all the specified requirements. Submissions that fail to adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • The manuscript has neither been previously published nor is it currently under consideration by any other journal.
  • The submission file is provided in an acceptable format, such as Microsoft Word, and adheres to the journal’s template.
  • The text complies with the stylistic and bibliographic standards specified in the Author Guidelines.
  • The author is required to upload two documents: the "Full Manuscript" for editorial evaluation and the "Anonymized Manuscript" to enable a blind peer review process.
  • All references have been accurately cited, and, where applicable, DOIs or URLs have been included.
  • The title, abstract, and keywords have been accurately entered into the submission system.
  • All authors have made substantial contributions to the research and have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • All required permissions for the use of copyrighted material have been duly obtained.
  • The manuscript is devoid of plagiarism and adheres to the ethical standards established for academic publishing.
  • Any supplementary files, if applicable, have been uploaded separately and are clearly labeled.

By verifying these items, the authors affirm that their submission complies with the journal’s requirements and is prepared for editorial review.

Upload Files

In this step, authors must upload two versions of their manuscript. The first file should be the complete version, encompassing all author information, including names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and any other identifying details. This version will be utilized for editorial evaluation.

The second file should be an anonymized version of the manuscript prepared for the purpose of blind peer review. Authors are required to remove all identifying information from this version, including names, institutional affiliations, acknowledgments, and any self-referential details within the text or file metadata.

Both files must be clearly labeled (e.g., “Full Manuscript” and “Anonymized Manuscript”) to prevent confusion during the submission and review process. Failure to submit both versions may lead to delays or the return of the submission for completion.

Contributors

In this stage, authors must furnish comprehensive and precise information regarding all individuals who have contributed to the manuscript, including the corresponding author and all co-authors.

For each author, please provide the full name, institutional affiliation, country, and a valid email address. The sequence of authors should correspond to their relative contributions to the work. The corresponding author is responsible for confirming that all listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and consent to its submission.

Authors may also acknowledge additional contributors who do not fulfill the criteria for authorship but have provided support to the research, such as research assistants, data collectors, or funding providers. These contributions should be recognized in the designated section of the manuscript.

By completing this section, the submitting author affirms that all contributors have been accurately acknowledged and that no contributors to the work have been omitted.

Review and Submit

In this final step, authors must thoroughly review all information and files submitted during the submission process prior to finalizing their submission.

Please ensure that the manuscript files, including both the full and anonymized versions, the metadata (comprising the title, abstract, keywords, and author information), and any supplementary documents have been accurately uploaded and are consistent with each other. Authors are also advised to verify that all required fields have been completed and that the submission adheres to the journal’s guidelines and ethical standards.

If necessary, authors may revisit previous steps to make corrections or updates. Once the submission is finalized, it will be formally submitted to the journal and cannot be modified unless such changes are requested by the editorial team.

By clicking the “Submit” button, authors affirm that all information provided is accurate and that they consent to the journal’s submission and publication policies.
