Abstract
Anak zina menurut KUH. Perdata, dipandang sebagai anak yang sama sekali tidak mempunyai hubungan hukum, berupa kewarisan dan kekeluargaan dengan kedua orang tuanya, namun ia hanya berhak mendapat biaya penghidupan sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Anak zina menurut hukum Islam dipandang sebagai anak yang tidak sah, dan tidak mempunyai hubungan nasab dan kewarisan terhadap bapaknya, melainkan kepada ibu dan keluarga ibunya.
